Chapter 18, Arya and Chapter 19, Samwell Summary

Arya and Gendry go with the outlaws, while Hot Pie stays at the inn to make bread. Harwin tells Arya how he and the other men became outlaws after the deaths of King Robert Baratheon and Eddard Stark. The group is called the Brotherhood without Banners, and they are hunted by Lord Tywin Lannister, the Hand of King Joffrey. They were loyal to Robert, but will not pledge loyalty to Joffrey. Instead, they choose to live as outlaws and protect the common people as best they can.

Arya thinks about Jaqen H'ghar, a felon, and the iron coin he gave her. She clutches it and whispers the names of people she wishes were dead, including Ser Gregor, Cersei, and King Joffrey. While they travel, they also meet Greenbread, another outlaw, who tells them of Jaime...
