Chapters 81 - 85 Summary

Sean ensures the attack is made by horse artillery batteries. Mark takes his men to the Trades Hall, and Harry watches from inside knowing they are defeated. Mark makes his way up to Harry's office and Harry turns the gun on himself.

Sean moves his men up the Crown Mine's haulage. The strikers dynamited the railway lines so instead, an assortment of other vehicle transports is commandeered. When the soldiers are bunched up Fergus opens fire, and kills many. Sean is struck, and Mark hauls him to safety before after Fergus. Fergus leaves the Vickers with Helena, and Mark takes his shot, hitting her. Fergus is stunned, and Mark runs right into him. In the scuffle, they are thrown over the rail and Mark pleads with Fergus to hold on, but he raises his weapon, leaving Mark no choice but to...
