Summary
Chapter 25 – Felicity’s turn on stage comes. She begins stuttering, leading Boone to head out on stage with her to strum along with her. She focuses on her family in the audience, the realizes that the chords in the curse are aligning due to the instruments, the locket, her words, and both halves of the family being in the audience. Instead of reciting poetry, Felicity speaks beautifully about the falling out the Brothers Threadbare had, and how in the end, they didn’t care about who they actually were anymore. Felicity speaks about how curses have no power over people if love is present, because love is magic and real love can make up for a lifetime of mistakes. She speaks about how much she loves her family, and how much they have taught her to love.
