Crossroads in Life
This novel's title was not selected haphazardly. The main character, Evie, makes a decision that sets her on a precarious course, and the book's title suggests that her choice places her on a slippery slope. Behind this plot development is the author's awareness that life presents all of us with key situations, in which we must make decisions that can profoundly affect our lives.
