Summary
Brittany drove with the rapper Diddy to pick up Corey from the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey. They had a joyous reunion and drove Corey to a halfway house, where he checked in and was granted a 24-hour leave to celebrate his freedom with Diddy. They had a large dinner at Diddy's house.
A week later, Brittany visited Chris in Kentucky. Chris had taught himself how to code while in prison through books, because he didn’t have access to a computer; he also read widely and emailed Brittany profound observations on financial blogs and books that he kept up with. Brittany was working on a motion for Chris arguing ‘ineffective assistance of counsel’—that his lawyers hadn’t done enough in his defense. While at the prison, Brittany gave Corey his first hug in seven years.
