Summary

In Part 3, Chapter 1, Kell has one of his usual nightmares. He thinks he sees Lila in the Night Market, and comes across Athos Dane and Astrid. Kell bumps into a stranger, only for Kell to see black magic spreading through his own veins while Holland tells Kell it is too late to stop it. He then sees Rhy collapse, then everyone else die. Kell realizes he is laughing, then wakes up. Kell is horrified by the nightmare. When Kell leaves his room, Staff informs him that it is the afternoon. Kell and Rhy have been under constant guard since the Black Night. Kell joins Rhy, King Maxim, and Queen Emira in the sun room of the palace. Also present are a man and woman named Parlo and Lisane, tasked with helping to organize the Games. They are going over arrangements for where different...
