Honor

Honor is a major theme in A Feast for Crows. Many of the characters in this story are driven by Honor. The Honor of the Kingsguard is supposed to be unparalleled. For some, it is. For others, it is not. The Kettleblacks are not particularly honorable and are willing to do pretty much anything that they are ordered to do. However, Ser Loras appears to be very honorable, and Ser Arys Oakheart is a shining example of honor. Samwell Tarly, coward though he sees himself, is actually one of the most honorable characters in this story. Jaime Lannister, for all his past crimes, becomes increasingly concerned for his honor in A Feast for Crows.
