Chapters 29 through 33 Summary

In Cersei, on her way to see the new High Septon, Cersei's way is blocked by the Sparrows. There are literally hundreds of them camped outside the Great Sept. the bones of their holy dead litter the area, almost burying the statue of Baelor. When she finally reaches the doors, the Sparrows block her way, saying that no sword shall be worn into the Great Sept. Cersei orders the kingsguard to wait outside, as she does not want a confrontation here. She only has two of the knights with her, and there are hundreds of these sparrows, many armed with clubs or axes. When Cersei finally gets into the sept, she is surprised to see all of the septons on their knees cleaning the floor. The new High Septon turns out to have been one of these Sparrows, and he has...
