Summary

In Chapter 7, Bella follows Mother Cat and realizes Mother Cat has no idea how good it is to be with a human. Bella decides to return home, where Lucas is worried and tells her she must always Go Home when told. When Mom gets home from group therapy, Mom explains how much everyone loves Bella, and how Bella is the best thing to happen to that place. When Lucas and Bella go on their next walk, it has snowed. Bella is thrilled by the snow. Lucas brings her back to visit everyone at the hospital. Lucas, Bella, and Olivia go for a walk after work. Bella comes upon a dead squirrel, and she recognizes death. Lucas tells her to stay away. Olivia asks how things are with Bella at the apartment. Lucas says he thinks the landlord is turning a blind eye so long...
