Summary

Kell wakes up in Lila's room at the Stone's Throw. He worries about what he will owe Barron for his helping Lila to look after him. He explains what an Antari is to Lila and tells her about the four different Londons, noting that it has been three centuries since the closing off of Black London. He says that when the magic got out of control there, it infected people's minds, making them crazy and dangerous to the other worlds. No one knows exactly what the condition of Black London is today. They begin formulating a plan to take the stone back there where it belongs.
