Chapter 13, Daenerys and Chapter 14, Jon Summary
Daenerys Targaryen is leading her people through a desert on the continent. They are following the comet, which she believes will show her where she is supposed to go. She doesn't have many assets; no army and her people are dying from the harsh elements. Daenerys has three dragons, which she names Rhaegal, Viserion, and Drogon. She thinks about Drogo, the man she loved who died. They stop at an abandoned city to rest. Ser Jorah tells Daenerys about his wife, Lynesse. He loved her, but she left him because he never had enough money to support her in the lifestyle to which she was accustomed. To support her, Jorah sold some poachers to a slaver, which was against the law, so he was supposed to be beheaded. Lynesse left him to become a concubine...
