Summary

Leo is on a video call his sister in Scene 9. He sits in Vera’s apartment with her rather new Macbook as Lily’s voice is heard offstage. They make small talk about their grandma, when Lily brings up their mother. Leo quickly shuts down this topic.

After a bit of conversation Leo finally addresses the elephant in the room. He is concerned that Lily is in therapy due to their kiss over the summer. He apologizes for his actions, and never wants her to feel like less than his real sister. After this proclamation Lily asks her brother to come home. He says that it is best for everyone if he stays away for now, and then closes the laptop.

Shortly after, he receives a phone call. Leo struggles to understand the person on the other line, and hangs up the phone. Just...
