Summary

Scene 5 takes place several days later. Leo and Vera sit in the living room discussing his travels. Leo talks about his time in Mexico with Micah, who was good at catching fish with a harpoon. Their conversation is a bit sporadic and random.

Vera then talks about Leo’s grandfather, Joe, and how he never pleased her much in bed. There was only one man that did, and it was not either of her late husbands. Vera asks Leo not to share that secret. There is a pause in conversation when Leo shares that he has been very horny since Micah’s death and begins to discuss his sex life with Bec. He asks if Vera heard him. She acknowledges his comments but does not want to discuss this topic further.

The audience then learns that Vera and Leo are high as Leo picks...
