Elliott O'Donnell is the noted author of many books on the occult, supernatural, and related mysterious phenomena. He was born in England in 1872 and claimed to have had several experiences with the paranormal during his early years. These experiences, coupled with the wealth of evidence he gathered through years of research, solidified O'Donnell's strong personal belief in ghosts and other unexplainable phenomena. In addition to his writings on hauntings and his chronicling of eyewitness accounts of ghostly sightings, O'Donnell became well known in his later life as a ghost hunter. From his experiences researching and interviewing eyewitnesses, O'Donnell wrote his book Werewolves, which was published in 1912 and from which the following accounts are taken.
