In Tehran, Iran, on September 19, 1976, a mysterious incident occurred that many people believe is convincing evidence for the existence of UFOs. On that night, military F—14 jet planes engaged a UFO. The incident had several convincing elements: There were many witnesses, both civilian and military, and several were experienced pilots. The UFO was seen on radar. The UFO apparently affected the jets' electrical and communication systems, suggesting both a superior technology and an intelligence that controlled it.
