Revolutionary Worker
In the following viewpoint, the Revolutionary Worker contends that the United States’ involvement in Africa since the 1960s has led to the exploitation and oppression of much of Africa. The newspaper argues that foreign aid and investment benefits the local capitalists in Uganda and other countries and fails to help the masses. In addition, the newspaper asserts that American support of African dictatorships has further damaged the continent.
