Keith O. Fultz

In the following viewpoint, Keith O. Fultz contends that, while aviation security has gotten better, further steps are necessary in order to reduce terrorism. He explains that certain improvements, such as new systems to screen passengers and match bags to passengers, have not been fully implemented due to high costs and construction delays.
