adjudication: A judicial determination (judgment) that a juvenile is a delinquent offender, giving the court the power to pass sentence on the youth.
assault: Unlawful intentional infliction, or attempted or threatened infliction of less than serious bodily injury without a deadly or dangerous weapon.
