Dave Kindred

The U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Vernonia School Dist. 47J v. Acton, giving schools the right to test athletes for drugs, is unfair, Dave Kindred asserts in the following viewpoint. Kindred contends that drug tests violate students’ rights because students can be tested without having shown evidence of substance abuse.
