Should you and I ever have the idea that the actual fault with sexual harassment in the workplace is that it could lead to a major legal problem for the owners of the workplace, then maybe we don’t know what we’re talking about.

What’s wrong with sexual harassment is that it’s wrong—not that it’s costly, difficult to administer or distantly subject to manipulation. It’s wrong because it’s wrong.
