Larry M. Wortzel

In the following viewpoint, Larry M. Wortzel argues that the United States should not go out of its way to negotiate a peace treaty with North Korea. Such an agreement would give a diplomatic victory to the North Korean regime that it does not deserve, and would slight the contributions made by other nations that participated in the Korean War.
