Christopher Cox
Christopher Cox is a conservative Republican member of Congress who was first elected in 1988. He was a member of a Republican group of Congress members (the North Korea Advisory Group) that in 1999 submitted a report critical of President Bill Clinton’s policies on North Korea. The following viewpoint is taken from testimony Cox presented before the House Committee on International Relations in October 1999.
