The September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on America were horrific, but the U.S. government has committed many acts of violence around the globe that could also be labeled as "terrorism." U.S. policies and military actions have killed millions of civilians since World War II. In the wake of September 11, the U.S. government has announced its intent to wage war on governments that may be complicit in terrorism. This policy will result in yet more slaughter of civilians who have little or no influence over their undemocratic governments' actions...
