Arianna Huffington

Prozac is a drug commonly prescribed to treat depression. In the following viewpoint, Arianna Huffington asserts that more and more children are being prescribed antidepressants such as Prozac without undergoing thorough psychiatric evaluations first. These examinations are necessary, she maintains, because many normal children exhibit behaviors that are similar to the symptoms used to describe depression.
