Most Eastern religions believe in reincarnation, or the belief that a person's soul never dies. After the death of the body, the soul travels to a new host. Reincarnation is gaining popularity, even in Christian religions. Many believe the Bible makes references to reincarnation. It is also becoming more and more acceptable to combine traditional Judeo-Christian beliefs with Eastern beliefs. Today, many Americans are devoted followers of Eastern religions.
