Enver Masud
Enver Masud, an engineering management consultant who became a public speaker and newspaper columnist, is the author of The War on Islam, from which the following viewpoint is excerpted. He argues that Islam respects other faiths, especially Judaism and Christianity, and is not trying to take over the world. Rather, the clash between Islamic and Western countries is caused by the desire of the United States to dominate the world and control global resources and markets. Masud also contends that the United States uses its support of the Jewish state of Israel to divide and control the Muslim world.
