Don Feder
Don Feder is a former opinion writer and columnist for the Boston Herald and the author of several books, including A Jewish Conservative Looks at Pagan America. The following viewpoint was written on the first anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in New York and Washington. In it Feder argues that Americans still have not fully learned the lesson of that day—that the terrorist attacks were one chapter in a long-standing war of Islam against the rest of the world, particularly the United States and other Western nations.
