Percy Stickney Grant

In the following viewpoint, Percy Stickney Grant states that he does not believe the new wave of immigrants arriving at the turn of the century are detrimental to American society. He argues that fears about the new immigrants “weakening” America’s racial stock are nothing more than irrational prejudice.
