Robert Hayden
Since the end of the Cold War, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) have begun to act in ways that diminish human rights, Robert Hayden contends in the following viewpoint. According to Hayden, these organizations—whose purported purpose is to safeguard human rights—have become staunch advocates of the use of force by stronger states, which can often result in human rights abuses.
