Ole Hallesby

Ole Hallesby was a leading Christian teacher and writer in Norway. In his book, Why I Am a Christian, Hallesby presents his reasons for choosing to follow Jesus. Hallesby explains that humans have continually sought to find the meaning of life in various religious systems. Yet, each system has been unsatisfactory in some way. Hallesby believes that Jesus is unique in the history of religion because Jesus’ life was the expression of how humans were meant to live.
