Joseph S. Fulda

In the following viewpoint, Joseph S. Fulda argues that a society cannot be free if citizens do not have a right to privacy. Privacy is essential because a government that is ignorant of an individual’s thoughts and deeds cannot act to impinge on his or her rights, he asserts.
