Mark Helprin

Mark Helprin is the author of Winter’s Tale and A Soldier of the Great War, a contributing editor of the Wall Street Journal, and a senior fellow at the Claremont Institute for the Study of Statesmanship and Political Philosophy. He notes that China is currently upgrading its nuclear capabilities, and that the Chinese economy is soaring.
