Peter W. Plumley

Many researchers argue that the threat of HIV to heterosexuals is greatly exaggerated. In the following viewpoint, Peter W. Plum- ley agrees and contends that heterosexuals should not be overly concerned about the possibility of contracting HIV. He maintains that having multiple sexual partners does not increase a heterosexual’s risk of HIV infection and that it is highly unlikely for a heterosexual to contract HIV during a one-night stand.
