Both produce sex cells. In females the production of sex cells sarts with the ovaries. In males the production starts in the testes in the scotum. The sex cells move in the female by eggs being released from ovaries and moved into oviduct and uterus. In males the sperm swim from testes through sperm duct and into the urethra .
