It is not possible for the male to only produce y chromosomes. If this happened there would be no guarantee of the continuation of the human species. It is this random production of combinations that keeps the gene pool diverse and healthy. There are some folk remedies that claim to be able to aid or suppress various male versus female carrying sperm, but it has not be scientifically proven or tested.
