How do structural and molecular formulas differ?

The structural and molecular formulas differ in many ways. A good example would be that of an Oreo (or TimTam) cookie with the creme in the middle. They both have similar creme formulas; both are made from the same key components. However, their shapes are different. This is how structure versus formula in regard to isomers.
