Energy what happens when a negatively charged object aproaches a neutral one? Asked by bookragstutor 13 years ago 8/20/2012 9:52 AM Last updated by anonymous 13 years ago 12/16/2012 12:09 AM
When a negatively charged object touches a neutral object, excess electrons on the negatively charged object are repelled off of the object onto the neutral object. Therefore, the neutral object becomes negatively charged.
