The book of James is a wonderful book about how a Christian should live. I don't know why you need 40 points out of this particular passage, or if you can even get 40 points out of such a short passage, but there is definitely a lot there, including:
-the need for works as a result of faith
-care for the poor and needy
-many important Biblical characters were justified by works of faith
-although works are an important outcome of faith, one cannot be saved by works alone, but by faith. After faith comes the works as a result of the faith.
Hope this was what you were looking for. :]
