x^2 - 16x + 60 = 0

(x )(x ) ( -10)( -6)=0

(x-10) (x-6) = 0

Solve:

(x-10) =0

x-10+10 =0+10

x=10

Solve:

(x-6) = 0

x-6+6 = 0+6

x=6
