x^2- 12x+20=0

(x )(x ) ( -10)( -2)=0

(x-10) (x-2) = 0

Solve:

(x-10)=0

x-10+10=0+10

x=10

Solve:

(x-2) = 0

x-2+2 = 0+2

x=2
