x^2 - 10x + 9 = 0

(x )(x ) ( -9)( -1)=0

(x-9) (x-1) = 0

Solve:

(x-9) =0

x-9+9 =0+9

x=9

Solve:

(x-1) = 0

x-1+1 = 0+1

x=1
