x2 + 7x + 6 = 0

(x )(x ) ( +1)( +6)=0

(x+1) (x+6) = 0

Solve:

(x+1)=0

x+1-1=0-1

x=-1

Solve:

(x+6) = 0

x+6-6 = 0-6

x=-6
