(6+3)+(9+2)+(4+7)+(3+2)+(1+8)

(9)+(11)+(11)+(5)+(9)

(9+11)+(11+5)+(9)

(20)+(16)+9

(20+16)+9

36 + 9 = 45 Answer!!
