5y + x = 15

5(- x + 3) + x = 15

5(- x) (5)( + 3) + x = 15

-5x+15 + x = 15

-4x+15 = 15

-4x+15-15 = 15-15

-4x=0

-4x/-4=0/-4

x=0

y = - x + 3

y = - 0+ 3=3
