x^2 - 12x + 20 = 0

(x )(x )( -10) ( -2)=0

(x-10) (x-2) = 0

Check:

(x-10) (x-2) = 0

(x)(x) (x)(-2) (-10)(x) (-10)(-2)=0

x^2 -2x -10x +20=0

x^2 - 12x + 20 = 0
