6x^2 + 14x + 8 = 0

2(3x^2+7x+4)=0

2(x )(3x ) ( +1)( +4)=0

2 (x+1) (3 x+4) = 0

Check:

2 (x+1) (3 x+4) = 0

2 ((x)(3x) (x)(4) (1)(3x) (1)(4))=0

2(3x^2+4x+3x+4)=0

2(3x^2+7x+4)=0

6x^2 + 14x + 8 = 0
