10x^2 + 5x - 2 = 0

10x^2+5x=2

5 x (2 x+1) = 2

Solve:

5x=2

5x/5=2/5

x=2/5

Solve:

(2 x+1) = 2

2 x+1-1 = 2-1

2x=1

2x/2=1/2

x=1/2
