-1x^2 - 1x + 6 = 0

-1(x^2+x-6)=0

-1(x-2) (x+3) = 0

Solve:

-1(x-2)=0

-1(x) (-1)(-2)=0

-1x+2=0

-1x+2-2=0-2

-1x=-2

-1x/-1=-2/-1

x=2

Solve:

-1(x+3) = 0

-1(x) (-1)(+3) = 0

-1x-3=0

-1x-3+3=0+3

-1x=3

-1x/-1=3/-1

x=-3
