-1x^2 + 2x - 1 = 0

-1(x^2-2x+1)=0

-1(x )(x ) ( -1)( -1)=0

-1(x-1)(x-1)=0

-1(x-1)^2 = 0

Solve:

-1(x-1)=0

(-1)(x) (-1)(-1)=0

-1x+1=0

-1x+1-1=0-1

-1x=-1

-1x/-1=-1/-1

x=1
