How did Queen Elizabeth I come to power?

Elizabeth I was the daughter of King Henry III and Ann Boelyn. She was declared illegitimate and reinstated as an heir to the throne. After her father's death, his children succeeded him in the following order; Edward (died without heir), Mary (died without heir), and Elizabeth, who also died childless.
